Need a quick way to duplicate your HelpSite? Now you can! With our new Site Cloning feature, you can instantly copy your entire site including all articles, settings, and branding without touching your live version.

Fixes & Improvements
Behind the scenes, we’ve been tidying things up to keep your workspace feeling fast and frustration-free. Here’s what’s been polished:
- Resolved an issue where creating a category triggered a “Expected number, received null” error
- Fixed inconsistent logo resizing and format handling
- Extended login cookie duration to improve session stability
- Added "Copy to Clipboard" functionality to Privacy Settings
- Fixed 2FA entry page so the cursor now defaults to the first input box
- Sub-sub folders now display correctly in the Article List
- Fixed badge links in the Article List to open in a new tab as expected
- Unpublish button issue has been resolved
What’s Coming Soon!
- Contact Form Embed (JavaScript Snippet)
Say goodbye to iframes! Soon, you’ll be able to embed your HelpSite contact form using a clean JavaScript snippet that’s easier to style and integrate into your website.

- Article background auto-save.
No more lost progress. You’ll soon have seamless auto-save that constantly saves your article to the cloud in the background so you never lose your work.
- Version History
Coming soon: a complete timeline of your article edits. You’ll be able to review past versions and track changes over time.
- Save a named version history
Want to bookmark a milestone? You’ll soon be able to save named versions of your articles, with optional descriptions to mark key changes or snapshots.
- Articles assignment to team members
Need to stay organized? Articles will be assignable to specific team members so you always know who’s working on what.
- Request new articles/updates from a specific team member
Assign gaps, not guesses. Whether it’s a missing how-to or an outdated guide, you can delegate article requests directly to the right teammate so nothing falls through the cracks.
- In App notifications
Soon, you’ll receive real-time alerts inside HelpSite for things like article assignments and requests. We’re especially excited about this as it’s the first step toward better team collaboration within your workspace.
